In the year 1990: The company was established as a state-owned enterprise under the name “Thuduc Housing Development and Management Company”.

In the year 1996: The company expanded the operational function and changed the name to Thuduc Industrial Zone Service and Housing Development Company.

In the year 2000: The company became a joint stock company under the name “Thuduc Housing Development Joint Stock Company” on the legal base:

   The HCM City People's Committee's decision 767/QD-UB on November 24, 2000.

   Registered business operational license No 4103000457 on June 15, 2001 authorized by HCMC Bureau of Planning and Investment.

   The original charter capital: 15.000.000.000 VND (15 billions VND).

   The capital contribution rate of the state: owned 20% of total charter capital.

In the year 2003: The state’s capital was handed Finance Service over to HCMC Developing Investment Fund.

In the year 2005: Thuduc House increased the charter capital up to 30.000.000.000 VND (30 billions VND)

In the year 2006: On June 5, 2006 the charter capital of Thuduc House amounted to 100.000.000.000 VND (100 billions VND). On July 15, 2006 Thuduc House continued to increase the charter capital and up to now the total charter capital of the company is 170.000.000.000 VND (170 billions VND).

In the year 2007: Thuduc House increased the charter capital up to 230.000.000.000 VND (230 billions VND)

• In the year 2006: Vietnam Golden Star Award 2006 was rewarded by Vietnam Youth Union Association and Vietnam Young Business Association.

• In the year 2005: Ministry of Construction selected for one of strong trademarks and the top prestige in building and housing field (VTOPBUILD)

• Certificates of satisfactory progress of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee awarded Thuduc House Development Corporation because the company had completed excellent missions in 3 successive years (2002, 2003 and 2004).

• Certificates of satisfactory progress of Vietnam Labor General Confederation.

• Commendation of Thuduc District People’s Committee: “Implement positively the gratitude movements”.
