With the total investment captial more than USD 20 million, the first stage of project consist of three blocks of 16 floors with 405 superior apartments, which make the efficiency and modernity fixtures from 75- 150 sq.m for each apartment.

In the second stage of the project, the joint venture will build two blocks of 25 floors.The building complex is combination of commercial center and luxury apartments and office buildings, which are scientifically designed and followed international standard to fulfill demand of hight-income classes and foreigners.
